To retrieve your login credentials, i.e. username, password or both, click here and follow the prompts.

Step 1: Select the credential you would like to retrieve and proceed to the next step.

Step 2: Enter your ID/ Passport number. If your ID/ Passport number fails, please contact PPS Member Services on 0860 123 777 or emails us on [email protected]

Step 3: Select the channel (email or contact number) where you would like to receive you Random Verification Number (RVN)- a safe authentication pin to confirm that we are dealing with the right person.

Step 4: Once you have received your RVN on the channel you have selected, please enter it into the space provided and click submit.

Step 5: Go to PRO-FiT login and enter your credentials.
